Pop-Up Chain Transfer Unit
Description: A Pop-Up Chain Transfer is a rugged live-roller conveyor with an integrated five-strand Pop-Up Transfer. The Pop-Up Transfer is utilized in situations in which the orientation of a pallet must be changed (rotated 90 degrees, etc.)

  • Five-Strand Pop-Up #60 Drag Chain Transfer (2 and 3 optional)
  • Up and Down Proximity Sensors (Prewired to a Terminal Box)
  • Easily Adjustable "Pallet Sensing" Allen Bradley Photo Eye
  • Air Spring Actuated Lift, Solenoid Valve, and Filter/Regulator
  • Adjustable Transition Rollers
