- Power Roller Rail
utilizes a low back pressure (LBP) table top chain (LBP-883) as a moving
guide rail.
- LBP chain is mounted
on a rugged modified conveyor frame and is driven, in counter-flow,
by a high-torque 110 V, low speed fractional Hp D.C. motor (variable
speed).

- As groups of containers
come in contact with the Power Roller Rail, its reverse action, coupled
with the forward movement of the bottle conveyor will enable grouped
containers to single file.
- Rollers on the
LBP chain cause a ripple motion that gently separates grouped containers.
- Standard Low-Friction
(LF) table top chains and other flat belts do not have the same ripple
motion effect.
