Small Roll Break Down Log Winder

US Webcon offers a complete line of stand alone of break down log winders and turret log winders to meet your production needs with numerous features and options to fit your specific requirements The above cantilevered shafted center log winder stand is designed to unwind large rolls of light weight foams, nonwoven and other web materials and break them down into small diameter product rolls on a roll to roll basis. This unit includes the following; load cell tension control system, pneumatically actuated cross cut knife, footage counter and a guided unwind. Both the winding operation and the cross cut knife have two hand safety switches to prevent operator injury. The cantilevered airshafts eliminate the need for the operator to handle heavy shafts reducing potential for back injuries and other lifting related injuries.
