Textile Surface Winder

Surface Driven Textile Winder

The above medium duty shaftless textile surface driven winder with the side guides was designed to surface wind an automotive carpet and then dump the finished roll on the floor or a cart using pneumatic actuated cylinders.  The floor dump option eliminates the need for a roll handling hoist.

US Webcon offers a Shaftless Surface Driven Winder to meet your production needs with numerous features and options to fit your specific requirements.  The US Webcon Surface Driven Winder unit is designed to wind textiles, coated fabrics, carpet and nonwoven product on a roll to roll basis.  A set of side guide panels control the position of the core during wind up.  The machine frame is mounted on a pneumatically actuated pivoting frame that allows the operator to dump the finished roll onto the floor or a waiting cart.
