The above Extrusion Haul-Off Section consists of a Two Position Unwind with an Outfeed Conveyor and A Razor Slitting Head was designed to along with an Web Festoon Accumulator and single position winder to continuously wind rolls of web material on an plastic extrusion sheet line for an automotive supplier. The Haul-Off is designed to unwind a Foam Web and feed the web into a 3 roll stack for Lamination to the plastic sheet. The accumulator and winder shown below.
