The above turret winder was designed to rewind heavy thick
fiberglass sheet on a continuous basis. Special features included
an inline guillotine shear, sheet conveyor and transfer staple
guns.

and Rewinds to meet your production needs with numerous features and
options to fit your specific requirements. These winders are designed
for automatic continuous center winding of paper, films. textiles,
nonwovens and nonstandard webs such as the machine above. The above
shaftless turret winder was designed to continuously wind a fiberglass
board using an inline guillotine shear to cut off the web. The web
was attached to a 23“ I.D. core using pneumatic applied fasteners
on the fly.
