Narrow Web Horizontal Double Pass Accumulator

The above pictured Accumulator was constructed as a cantilevered horizontal double pass unit designed to accumulate narrow web material.

US Webcon offers a line of Narrow Web Festoon Accumulators to meet your production needs with numerous features and options to fit your specific requirements. This Web Festoon Accumulator was designed as a double pass self threading unit with an optional integral driven pull roll. The self threading arrangement allows the operator to simply pull the web straight through the roll sets without having to pass the web up and down hand over hand. The accumulation carriage uses pneumatic operation to counter balance the carriage and load the web. The machine can be supplied with either simple limits or a potentiometer to indicate full and empty conditions.
