Open Frame Web Festoon Accumulator

The above pictured Accumulator was constructed as the economical open frame design offered with an integral pull roll.

US Webcon offers a line of open framed Festoon Accumulators to meet your production needs with numerous features and options to fit your specific requirements. This Web Festoon Accumulator was deisgned as a single pass self threading unit with an optional integral driven pull roll. The self threading arrangement allows the operator to simply pull the web straight through the roll sets without having to pass the web up and down hand over hand. The accumulation carriage uses pneumatic operation to counter balance the carriage and load the web. The machine can be supplied with either simple limits or a potentiometer to indicate full and empty conditions.
