The above laminator was designed as a smaller foot print more economical machine for the commission Flame Laminating of foams and fabrics or vinyl goods on a roll to roll basis. |

US Webcon offers a complete set of Flame Laminating equipment and
machinery to meet your production needs with numerous features and
options to fit your specific requirements. The Flame Laminator
is designed to laminate one web material to another by impinging a
gas flame against one surface causing that surface to either melt or
change state. This creates an adhesive that will bond the two
webs together when passed through a common nip point. A second
burner is included to produce a three ply laminate in a single pass.

The above picture shows the Flame Laminator head from the Foam Infeed end. The Foam Infeed includes a foam unwind, steering frame and a set of regen driven nip rolls to tension the web using a load cell. This allows the operator to pay full attention to the lamination process. |
